The diagnosis path in Poland (adults)
Community-tested adult diagnosis routes — who diagnoses, and whose diagnosis gets accepted downstream.
This page isn't typically flagged for the selected profile — shown because you opened it directly.
Adult diagnosis in Poland can be hard to access (long queues, closed lists). Routes recommended in the ADHD/autism entrepreneurs community:
- Pracownia PIR (Paulina Roszkowska) — a diagnosis whose result is sometimes accepted downstream by partnering centres (e.g. to start medication).
- Centrum Dialog (Warsaw) — independently recommended by several people; known for accepting allied specialists’ diagnoses without re-testing.
- Some popular names keep closed lists — ask about current availability.
These are community recommendations, not a medical ranking. Verify current offerings and fit for yourself.

What the research says

What the grade means
A A — strongest evidence: meta-analyses or RCTs directly confirm it works (or, for diagnostic tools, strong validation of accuracy).
B B — good evidence: a single RCT, or a strong mechanism with supporting studies.
C C — weak / preliminary: a plausible mechanism, but few direct, controlled tests.
D D — no evidence: theory or isolated anecdotes, no studies.
