Body doubling (and the loud cafe)
Ask someone (an assistant, partner, person on webcam) to just be present while you do a task — their mere presence gives you energy to start and finish, even with no conversation. Variant: go work in a loud cafe, where other people's presence acts as the body double.

Another person’s presence acts as quiet accountability and gives you the energy to cross the task’s start threshold — even with no interaction. Sit someone next to you (or join a silent call with your camera on) for the work session and ask them to just make sure you do what you set out to do. For many people, presence alone is enough to smash through a pile of work they’d never have started alone. A no-arrangement-needed variant: go work in a loud cafe (Costa, Starbucks). Paradoxically you’ll get twice as much done than alone at home — the energy and presence of other people is a form of body doubling, even though you talk to no one.
